set time constantly appears & many apps opening on their own

hi,
i ve got the htc sensation with tmobile.
and recently i keep getting the 'set time' notification, every few hours...
also i notice my battery is dying quicker, and often.
i use advanced task killer and all the time i see a list of apps opens? that i never opened, and im not talking about system apps stuff, stuff like slacker radio opens, maps, htc likes, voice dialer, etc....
i recently did a factory reset/restore, and only installed a handful of apps that i use
ideas?

I get this same issue, along with hard reboots when signal is low, but my phone is rooted and I just went ahead and set the phone up to a very conservative clock and kernel basically stock and have been going a day strong with no reboots though battery is still very bad even after calibrating
