Set to always on, but watch flashes and shows Ok Google. How can I turn this off?

Set to always on, but watch flashes and shows "Ok Google"

So I can't tell why or when but my watch face will fade out, back in and the words "Ok Google" will show over the watch face. This is a bit annoying. Can someone tell me how to turn this off?

If you say 'OK Google' once, and let it react, it should disappear after that first time.
