AC Question
Phone: Samsung galaxy A5
I had rooted my phone after finally deciding to, I started my phone up everything was working fantastic, then I got a notification telling me that my security or something had stopped. I just swiped it away not making a big deal about it but it just kept coming back. So I finally restarting my phone because it told me to and it said "Set warranty bit: Recovery" in the corner. I didn't think to much of it but once my phone had started EVERYTHING crashed. Crash message after crash message just everything had crashed. It had not prompted me to unlock the phone or anything. I can still restart it, shut it down and everything so I did so. I had shut it down and it would automatically start again and say "Set warranty bit: Recovery" and then turn off. Then I can start it again and it repeatedly does the same thing. I am able to go into the custom OS installation screen by holding volume down, power, and home but Kies won't help (I'll explain that in the end) I cannot hold volume up power and home to open the other menu to wipe my phone clean. I tried to use oneclickroot to see if their root my make my phone work again by installing that custom OS, but I need to turn my phone on and use debugging mode which I obviously cannot do.
Now I tried using Samsung Kies3 but it said that this version of kies doesn't work with my phone so I got just the normal Kies. Now I tried to connect it (this is all while I am in the OS installation screen Volume down power and home) and it will connect for about 10 minutes then say that the phone isn't responding or so.
Is there ANY way maybe I can use the OS installation screen to get it working again, or maybe to get Kies to connect to my phone?
