SetCpu 'screen off' profile settings

Just a quick question for all rooted Nexus S 4G owners. What is the best settings for 'screen off' profile using SetCpu? Right now I am at 400/400 because I was informed that putting it as low as 200/200 would cause lag on wake up and also cause more cpu usage due to the setting being so low. I also have it on 'powersave' mode. Any comments would be appreciated.

Yeah 400 is the lowest you can go. Tried mine at 200 and can't get the screen back on after a few mins. I've been using 100/400 ondemand seems to be working well.
