Setting a new Home screen

I have found the place to change both the Home and Lock screens. The Lock screen stays with the newly selected image, but the Home image keeps changing after setting it to a new one. Any ideas?

You're talking about the wallpaper, right? Is the image you're using saved to Internal Storage or the microSD card? If the latter, then see if it works if that file is on Internal Storage instead.
