setting a video up as a ringtone

Hi there i have a galaxy s9, what i would like to do is make a video come up full screen when i get an incomming call. Ive tried several apps to no avail. can anyone suggest a app or a work around to get this up and running?

ps dosnt matter if its a paid app or free

Tasker (you might also need Secure Settings). (About $5 for Tasker, as I recall.) And you'll have to develop your own task. Trigger on ring, and the task will run the video - if you have an app you can run with the video and "full screen" as arguments, or "running" the video brings it up full screen. (The only way to make it run full screen if it doesn't default to running full screen is if the video player is controllable by Tasker - some apps are.)
