Setting up Youmail on my Imspire seems to be above my paygrade

I used Youmail on my BB and love it. Now, on my Inspire I can not get it to work. Did I forget to flip a switch somewhere. Confuzzled!

Did you read the configuration on how to enable call forwarding for youmail?

I got it to work on my inspire.

Step #1) Dial the following number (including the * as if you were making a call) to have YouMail receive your voice mails:

*004*17142043114#

Step #2)
Once you receive confirmation you have set call forwarding, press the END button.

(Your phone will display "Forward Set: All Calls" or something similar)

I know this doesn't answer your question, but have you tried Google Voice? I've used YouMail in the past and I find GV to be much nicer. Just butting in with my opinion, feel free to disregard

Go to the you mail app. On the menu go to help then click forward to you mail.
