Settings App issue with 4.4 Kitkat on Nexus 4..

I just received the OTA update for 4.4 build KRT16S and I am not able to do anything on the settings app.. Whenever I launch it , the menu to choose the home app comes up.. Its driving me crazy..not able to switch on/off bluetooth , wifi ...nothing.. Please help..:'

Welcome to Android Central! What happens if you select one of those launchers and press Always? Does it stop bugging you, and let you open your Settings menu?

If I select a launcher n set it always then I won't get to go into setting at all. If I try settings it will jus come for a sec n it would go to the home screen

I jus fixed it. Booted into safe mode went to the settings n then reset the home app to the default launcher n now it's fine.
