Settings change when phone is rebooted

Hi all,

I have a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Relay and every time the phone is restarted the 'automatic date and time' and 'automatic time zone' boxes are checked even tho I uncheck them. I do not want the network to update these and it is pretty frustrating to have to change that each time. Any help as to how I can fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I don't have a solution for you, I'm afraid, but why don't you want the time to accurate?

The problem is that it is not accurate when it does this. It is an hour behind and in the wrong time zone.
