Settings security Remote Control Missing

I'm trying to configure my S4 for Find My Mobile. Instructions say I must turn on 'Settings > More >Security > Remote Control'
But on my phone, the Security section DOES NOT have a "Remote Control".
Any suggestions most appreciated.

why dont u use android device manager?

Android has its own device manager located under more>security>device administrators. and check the box next to "Android Device Manager." Isnt that simple?

I like android device manager more than any other service such as samsung's own find my device and lookout security.

Thanks for your interest. I now see that Verizon has disabled several functions on the S4 - for example OpticalScan and FindMyRemote - so that is why they are not there, even though they are advertised by Samsung.
I also agree there are other programs that can do the same stuff: Google Goggles and WheresMyDroid, for example, respectively for the 2 I mentioned.
