Setup droid 3 apps/homescreen on PC then transfer to phone

Hi, I want to d/l apps setup on PC then transfer setup o phone. I have a unrooted vzw droid3.

Sorry - I can't think of anything like that. You *can* go to https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...e/apps?feature=corpus_selector&token=MKJUTPm_ on your computer to select apps to install to your phone from the play store. I'm not sure if an unrooted D3 can be set to have its screen controlled by an attached PC - but there is certainly nothing like the iTunes application setup and homescreen arrangement that you can do with an iPhone for Android that I know of.
