Setup wizard has stopped After Factory Reset - Samsung Galaxy J1 nxt prime

[Android Central Question]

I have recently factory reset my phone due to slow functioning. I have done this before. It worked fine then. But this time once I factory reset the phone it opens the Setup wizard and send me popups saying "internet stopped working" "youtube stopped working" etc..



When I come to 'Accepting Terms and conditions' step and press accept, it says 'Unfortunately, Setup Wizard has stopped' and it doesn't allow me to go forward. I'm stuck in this step forever.



Can anyone please tell me how to fix this. I tried wipe data/factory reset it didn't work. I don't know what else to do.

Try factory reset one more time in recovery

Yes I can use safe mode but still cannot pass that step. Still says Setup Wizard has stopped.

Try factory reset again

That's the problem. I cannot access anything. Stuck on Accept privacy policy page. Can't go to settings or anything. Even on the safe mode.

Through recovery, restart the phone before it start hold volume up and power button same time and choose factory reset

Yeah 'power button + volume up + home button' . I wipe cache partition too. nothing works.

You'll have to flash the firmware then, best to go to a Samsung experience store and have them do that.

Yeah take it in to get the phone flash with firmware .
