This device intrigues me. Love the specs. And the pictures of it look great. Looks too good to be true.

To be honest, I don't really see that much difference between mate 7 and mate 8. Yeah, there are some things, like the 2.5D display and bla bla, but I have the 7 gold version, and it's just wonderful. I use to have the 2gb and I switched to 3gb , and everything seems better. Way more premium! Maybe 9 will be an 100% real update.
What I didn't like about the 8, is that they made the battery capacity smaller.. From 4100 to 4000.
Do you own the phone? Anyone who had the 7 before and now have the 8 , so he/she can compare?
