Hi,
I accidently let my SG tablet 10.1 series 2 battery go all the way down to zero last night... just forgot to plug it in like I have every night of the past year.. and now, it is not charging like normal. I have had it plugged in for the past 3 hours and all that comes up is a couple of screens... one showing a battery 1/5 full and the other screen is the circle charging icon... they keep flashing on and off every few seconds.. I haven't been able to turn them off? I have searched various forums and have tried both a soft and hard reset, to no avail.. the hard reset just didn't work.. I don't know why? As such, I am at a loss as to what to do but this is the second tablet in 2 years in which has totally failed within 2-3 days of the 12 month mark and I don't really want to have to return another one!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
