SG3 stock keyboards carrier specific?

My brother and I both have the SG3, using stock keyboards. He's on US Cellular, I'm on Verizon. I have 3 pages of symbol keyboards, 1st is numbers, 2nd is foreign and hearts, 3rd is emoticons. He says he only has 2 keyboards and the hearts are not on it. Are the stock keyboards carrier specific?

id doubt it but who knows what these crazy carriers mess around with lol. you should both get Go Sms and the emoji plug-in
