SG7 outlook sent mailbox not showing current emails

Hi my husband has a Galaxy s7 and is ready to throw it away....he/we can't seem to get outlook to work properly. The issue is with the sent box, he will send or reply to an email and it doesn't appear in his sent box....is there a way to fix this...help!

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about the Microsoft Outlook app, or an Outlook email account accessed by the stock Email app (or by the Gmail app)?

Running into same issue. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Issue is, it wont appear if you yourself are not in "to" or "cc"

One workaround is to keep yourself in cc in every mail.
