SGH-1747m on AT&T 4.3 update?

I have a SGH-1747m a unlocked SGS3 from Telus that I use on AT&T. I get full LTE signal and all, and AT&T even recognizes the device etc..my question is, will I still get the OTA update? I keep checking for updates and it says I have the latest. Just wondering how I can get the update.
