SGN3 Shuts off when I plug the charger in, what can I do?

SGN3 Shuts off when I plug the charger in

My Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (46% charged Battery) Shuts off when I plug the charger in. If I remove the charger I can turn it on with no problem. No liquid issues, Charging port is clear and tried a new charging port as well. I'm OEM charger for this phone as well as tried another OEM charger as well. I also Hard reset this phone and still same issue.. Anyone???
