SGS 4 - S-View problem

Hi guys,

I have a Galaxy S4. When I turn it on the phone defaults straight into S-View mode and I can't get out of it. I don't own an S-View cover and never have. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and/or have any tips on fixing it?

If I may ask, what cover if any do you have on the phone?

Hi Blake,

Thank's for the response. I actually don't have a cover on it. I have a little cloth pouch I carry it around in. When I take it out of that it is just the phone on it's own, with one of those clear screen protectors on it.

Your screen protector may be covering one of the sensors similar to the way the S-View covers do it.
