I was at the local T-Mobile store today inquiring about the Galaxy S3 release date and pricing. Talked to the representative for a while and he told me that only two T-Mobile stores in Arizona are going to have the GS3 in Arizona and that it will cost $280.00 for the phone. I don't want to believe this as it seems like a stupid strategy and it seems that it is over priced. All the other carriers have the phone for $199.99. What do you guys' think?!

Supposed to be limited quantity online.
Buying outright was like $680 right? ATT is like $550 I think.

I'm not sure, a lot of sites are now reporting that the $280 price tag is correct. This is a real bummer for me, now I have to seriously look at my other options.

So seeing that ordering the 16GB model cost $330.00 on tmo out the door with $50 mail in rebate (Who does those anymore?) the cost is still going to end up being $80 more than all the other carriers. Is anyone actually going to do this or are you considering switching to another carrier? I've had tmo in the past and loved them but if I were still on their service and wanted the phone, I would switch carriers so I don't feel like I've been ripped a new one on the price.

Youre correct i walked out paying 377.57 exact just for the phone without accessories.
