I got the SGSII on launch day. I have experienced a couple random reboots (maybe 5-8) since getting the phone. My phone is completely stock and I am using launcher pro. Anyone else experiencing this? It is not reproducible on demand. I have not seen much on this issue in the threads.

Thanks

The initial SGSII I got a day after launch had a similar problem. Experienced random reboots (about 4 times in one day) took it to an att corporate store and as my luck would have it rebooted twice while I was there. I exchanged it for a new one and it has been sweet sailing ever since the thursday of lauch week when I had it replaced.

I got one random reboot but it was my fault i was overclocking it at 1600. If I were you I would swap it asap before the 30 days passed by

Thanks. Were you on touch wiz or another launcher? I have switched to touch wiz to see if launcher pro is the issue.

you might be right about the launcher pro causing it. Try backing up your setup with the launcher then reinstall it

Using launcher pro as well. Its more probable you just have a defective unit...btw I enabled unknown sources so thought att may just peg me for that. Everything down to settings and apps I had on the first are on the newer one as well and no reboot ever since the swap.
