The Moto-Razr using only Bluetooth will tether and provide a full data connection to the Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1. Just a FYI, the ethics of this connection I will leave to you to decide on.

If using bluetooth only does not work, PDANET Tablet works. It is what I use with my charge and tablet.

In my experience, I have fond that the Bluetooth Tethering connection is only successful with Motorola phones. In addition, Knave yet to find a Motorola phone that doesn't work with it, so if you want free Bluetooth tethering, go Moto.
