So there has been a lot of sarcasm about the FPS placement on the S8 looks like it's about the same spot here, haven't seen any reviewers commenting on it. Or
We're just so excited for a new note we don't care

Difference between the two is the flash is in between the camera and fingerprint sensor on the note 8. I actually practiced with my 2 cases I got for the note 8 to get an idea. And I don't think I'll have a problem using. I'll just have to get used to it since I'm used to my note 5 front fingerprint sensor lol.

I think most talked about it with the S8/S8+ so they got their feelings out. Especially since many leaks showed it was coming this way on the Note 8 so I don't think the "shock" is there anymore.

Maybe not reviewers, because it's on the back of phones, like some LG phones and the S series. Plus it's a done deal for the 8.

Instead just quickly type in your 4digit pin when its lying on your desk.

I just use smart Lock since if it's on my desk at work my Bluetooth is connected. If at home it knows I'm home .

It'll take some time but I'll adjust to the placement. The V20 makes it a lot easier so I anticipate it will weird at first.

I think it's not centered lower because of wireless charging stuff, but will have to wait for teardown to confirm.

LG G6 can still manage wireless charging and a decently-placed fingerprint sensor. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
