Share External Options Missing!!

I have a note 20 and often use the share external options to share photos etc. Yesterday I went to share a photo and clicked on the share icon at the bottom of the page and i get the share page come up with only "messenger contacts"!!. I tested this with various apps - news items etc always comes up with messenger. Tried clearing data - uninstalling and reinstalling - no luck. It's driving me crazy!! any ideas?? Facebook did an udate 2 days ago is it possible theyve stuffed it up?? Thanks in advance
