Share Menu

Starting yesterday when I try and use the share menu (whether it is in Samsung internet browser or the Pocket app or trying to share a screen grab) I only get 1 row of apps to choose from. I used to get a long list of apps but not anymore. And I can not scroll up to bring up a list either. It is like the list is stuck or something. I have cleared cache partition and cache of the apps I used and nothing has worked. Anyone else experience this?

Not sure what you have going on, but I am not seeing that issue on my U.S. N20 Ultra unlocked on Verizon...

Hi, try clearing data then force stop those apps

Have you got Good Lock installed? There is a share manager in one of the modules and that may have been activated.

I really appreciate all of your quick responses. Kizzy you saved me! It was something with the share manager. I turned it off and now the share menu works properly again. I have searched and reset things for 2 days! Thank you so very much. What a wonderful community.

Which share manager ? The contacts in settings >advanced features or Samsung Good lock >home up >share manager ?
