Surprisingly, the base launcher has it all built, but it's extremely customizable where you can assign each individual panel to an app and then re-label it. You can have the tiles just launch the app itself, or program it to perform various tasks. EXTREMELY useful for us trekkies.

Okay, I know what you are thinking, "Why is that crazy joker posting another home screen shot when he just posted one a week ago?" Well, blame it on @gendo667 and @YankInDaSouth. I was doing just fine and could go months at a time without changing wallpapers, icons and such on my devices until I encountered those two quick (screen) change artists and started thinking that my digital life was more than a little boring. Well, it ain't boring now!

It's really just boredom. I do love finding new wallpaper though. Especially with Pixel's. Theming and color changing has proven to be addictive.
