Shared Exchange Calendar

Helping out a colleague. She's migrating from a Blackberry to the S3. I was successful in setting up her work Exchange Email account and calendar, however she has access to another colleague's shared Exchange calendar. It appeared on her Blackberry but don't see how to view a shared Exchange Calendar on the S3. Any ideas?

I have a Nexus and have had Exchange running all all my Android phones, and I don't think you can view shared calendars on Android phones. I may be wrong, but I haven't been able to figure it out. What she needs to do is migrate the shared calendar to her personal calendar and everything should show up.
