Shared ZOE's not loading?

Anyone else having an issue getting shared Zoe's to play?

I have selected the link to one that I shared via text message. The still pictures display, but the ZOE will not load and run. I get an error message that my connection is too slow. I am three feet from my wireless modem and my phone shows a wireless connection speed of 31,651 kbps down and 5,966 kbps up.

Any chance the HTC host site is the issue?

Interestingly, I emailed the link to myself. The ZOE will load and play from from my desktop PC, (hard wired to the modem) but not from my HTC One. The loading Icon just spins and spins. I also just retrieved the shared ZOE via email on my IPAD2. It will not load and play from the IPAD either. "Slow Network Connection - Click here to Skip the Video". Once more I show a plenty strong wireless signal reaching both my HTC One and my IPAD2.
