SharePoint Calendar on Android / Google Calendar

We use SharePoint at the office and our department uses a shared calendar in SharePoint to track team time-away. I've linked the Calendar to Outlook- that works great.

Does anyone know how to get that calendar from SharePoint? I want to be able to fetch the calendar entries in real-time so that I retrieve the most current data.
