I have tried looking through the forums for an answer, and have not found it so here goes.

If I download a paid app from the Market Place can it be installed on my wifes phone too. We have two droid x phones but do not want to pay twice to download the same app. It is able to be done in I tunes between two iphones. Again sorry if this has been asked I just can not find it.

Paid apps are attached to the Google account. If your wife's phone is set up with her own Google account your out of luck. Sorry.

No problem. Sorry for the bad news. At least if you get a new device you can bring all your paid apps with you. That's tougher with some other devices.

That is one thing I miss about the use of my iPod Touch. My wife and I each had our own iPod Touches but used the same iTunes account. Whenever an app was bought by one of us, the other could download it at no extra cost. When I bought Slingplayer, she was able to get it.

To be honest he could do a similar thing here and have the same Google account set up as the primary on both phones. With iTunes you can authorize up to 5th devicrs. I'm not sure what, if any, the limits are with Android?.
