Sharing/forwarding downloads

I have an LG Optimus V and it's been a great 2.5 yrs.I just was asked to send (forward) a download to someone.Realized there were no options to do this.When I learned to go to the internet,menu,downloads to pull those up.After doing this,I can't pass it on.Any ideas?

Install Dropbox or some other cloud on your phone (Mega.co.nz is a good one; secure!; 50GB free). Move that file to your new cloud. Open that new cloud on your phone, copy the public download link to that file, and send that link to your recipient. He/she can then download that file when convenient.
