Sharing slow motion videos

I have recorded some videos using the slow motion mode and can view them at speeds as slow as 1/8 using the stock video player. How can I share the video at that speed, or possibly upload to YouTube that way?

Good question.
One method would be send to a computer and resave as 30fps, but there must be a better way
