The SHealth weight management program is extreme confusing to me. I weight 281 and have it set to target losing two pounds per week.

So it let's you set a daily goal with a calorie intake and burn target that you can set to either less activity (few calories consumed) or more activity.

The problem is that even on the lowest activity setting, it suggests I eat 2346 calories a day and burn 3346.

That cannot possibly be right. That's like running a marathon every day. And consume 2346 calories? That's a LOT of food.

This is making no sense to me.
