There is debate online whether or not Shields need to be repasted or not.
In my scenario, I have the thermostat set to 70F all year around, humidity controlled.

My 2019 Shield Pro hasn't been used for anything but media streaming but had been acting a little odd at times. Decided to open mine up (tons of guides online), the 2019 being especially easy. No dust whatsoever but nearly dry thermal paste, maybe a small amount of moisture left. Cleaned it up, treated it to (excessive for this application but will last the rest of its life) some Noctua NH2. Put it back together and can say it seems to not have any more issues with longer streaming sessions.

So if you own an Nvidia Shield Pro of any year (or Tube), I would suggest you replace the paste to ensure it doesn't crap out on you. Takes less than 10 minutes to do, minimal know tech/repair skills, and basic tools.

Bumping this rather than making a new thread.

FYI, basic "Stats for Nerds" for Netflix Is Alt+F4 (no that's not a joke, knowing Alt+F4 closes Windows in Windows.

(I heard you like Windowsso we added Windows to your Windows in which you can make more Windows)
