Shipped with Camera Sticker for Protection?

I think every phone I've ever purchased had something protecting the lens for shipping that needed to be removed to get the best images. I can't feel or see one on my N7 even with a magnifier. Does any know for sure whether there's one there or not?

Wasn't one on mine when I bought it brand new......jeesh the amount of OCD on these forums is getting ridiculous....

I had the same question. The owners guide says there is one, but I can't see one on mine. In another thread, someone said there was one but it was hard to get off.

Mine had one, still does. Not going to take it off until it falls off naturally. Extra protection, why not? My pics look great.

Thank you. Good answer. I'm a photographer so image quality matters. I do remove them and will take an even closer look.

I had a feeling that was the answer. I'll let you know if I get it off.

What it protects does not affect your pictures. The center is usually cut out and still could get scratched, if that's your worry. I believe the lens is made of stronger material that shouldn't scratch that easily unless you abuse your phone.

Thanks. I care more about the camera than the phone since I don't like phones. They are a necessary evil when you have a business. I use it as a lightweight, mobile computer and a camera, primarily. All of that said, I will remove the sticker at some point. I protect my lens at all costs so not worried about flying solo or scratches. Just want the sticker off.

I actually have a precision Jeweler's Loupe optical lens that I used back in the day to check/adjust cardiac x-ray film output on my machines. I used that and a new X-Acto blade and tried to gently lift a corner - no deal! Felt like all glass to me!

I just use a piece of scotch tape to pull those protective pieces off. There was one on my Note 4 that was hard to see and it came right off with the tape trick. There was not one on my VZW Note 7.

Mine, on T-Mobile, had one. Easily removed, but it was almost impossible to see. I used scotch tape to grab it.

Felt like all glass to me too so I stopped and asked here. I have several different loupes with various powers and a set of high power glasses. I'm going to load up and look again tomorrow.

Decided to try the scotch tape method now.

No plastic on mine either. Thanks to all who replied. I use tape to swap my fountain pen nibs, but didn't try it on the phone. DUH.

Does the flash lens have sticker? Vzw wireless model. I know previous galaxy phones had stickers that were impossible to see.
