Shipping phone question

Hi all,

I'm going to be shipping a LG V20 phone in the mail with bubble wrap around it. I have a tempered glass screen protector already on the phone. Is it safe to ship the phone with the screen protector on it?

Just wanted to make sure.

I've done it a few times with no problem and I don't see how there can be any shipping hazards that would affect an applied screen protector but not a naked phone/protector by itself.
