Shockwave Flash consistently crashing

Evening all, I'm attempting to watch the NHL playoffs at NBC Sports | News, Video, Now but it uses Shockwave Flash apparently and crashes the page each time.

Been to a few different sites that all suggest "Content Settings", "Allow all sites to run Java" as well as for "Flash" which I did.

Even added exceptions with the site just in case, but continues to crash.

Am running the most updated version of everything. Actually just updated the OS yesterday which I thought would fix it
