Shortcut to App Drawers

I got this tip from another forum--instead of making folders for apps on your homescreens, you can create custom app drawers in the main app drawer, and then create a homescreen shortcut to that drawer. I can't say for sure, but I suspect this actually speeds things up a little, since the system otherwise would need to expend a few extra cycles keeping track of the added folders and what's in them.

Motorola also gives a few different icon designs for the custom drawers, although I could use a few more. Of course, I'm aware that there must be a bunch of really good 3rd party apps out there that do this, but I always like to see if what comes stock on the phone is good enough.
