Shortcut to battery settings in Go launcher?

long press screen, scroll icons at bottom to the left, tap "short cut" (2nd from the end) tap "settings shortcut", tap battery

Thx, I was able to shortcut settings but not battery directly. Am I missing something?

when u tap "settings shortcut" it should take u to another list of parts of the settings with "battery" in it. im using european s3 though

yes, that's exactly what I'm trying to avoid.

Call me lazy, but I don't want to click a setting shortcut, then have to scroll down to battery to click that,

any way around having to do that?

thats what i mean. when ur settin up the shortcut theres a direct shortcut to battery within the settings shortcut that puts a green battery icon on ur screen. maybe its just on international

I ended up reinstalling gsam battery monitor. Originally,I didn't want a widget chewing up battery. This time I only created a shortcut to it so one press tells me the battery level.

Problem solved.

cool man. guess it must just be the international that gives battery shortcut. can i recomend Battery Notifier. check it out man its free and much better than the standard battery percentage in status bar
