shortcuts dissappear after transfer to sd via usb

Hello, I am new to the x2 (had incredible before) I have a question regarding the shortcuts for apps on the sd. After synching music via USB from my computer all of the app shortcuts on my homescreens disappear. I have disconnected the phone from the computer with the usb disconnect feature on my pc. I never had a problem like this on my incredible. Has anyone else had this problem?

can't help but move Apps back to phone. There is no need for Apps on sd. Moving Apps to sd causes delays and problems
