Should I avoid 3rd party wireless fast chargers?

Is there any reason to think that a 3rd party wireless charger will damage my phone from either heat or current? I can 3 for the same price as the OEM Samsung model.

I don't use a wireless charger, but if I ever needed to replace my corded charger, I would only buy OEM. Why? Well, because the OEM made the charger for my device. I would hope they care that it works as designed... even though sometimes they suck just as bad. Still, I only buy OEM.

Some people do have great success with 3rd party devices, and there are a ton of them available for sure. Getting 3 of them for the price of one OEM should throw up red flags though. I guess it did in your case and that's what prompted you to post here.
