Should I buy from Verizon or Costco

In the past I've always gone to a Verizon company store figuring that I'd have better service if the phone has issues after purchase. But a colleague almost has me convinced that Costco is a better overall experience.

Can anyone share their Costco experience? What advantages do they have?

The coustomer service at Costco (phone service) is Auful!..

I prefer Costco, if they have the same deal as Verizon. Costco will usually include extra freebies on top of regular promotions.

If it has issues being it back to costco or verizon. When My mom bought her galaxy s9 the guy told us that if it had issues she could bring it to costco or verizon. BTW costco is better since they gave my mom 300 dollars off her s9 because of her trade in iphone 6. Verizon would only give us 90 dollars
