I had the same question, but I think I'll go with the GNex. I want stock android, I don't like blur, and I really don't want to wait for ics plus the reviews of the razrr aren't that good. Many have said the screen is the suck.

If radio signals are important, go Moto.
If you want the better UI experience, go Nexus.

If VZW, then you should ask in the Verizon Galaxy Nexus Forum to get more precise answers...

If GSM, there's a whole lot more to look into if you're comparing different carriers than just the device.
