Should I get Tab 4 or S 10.5??

Currently have a few year old iPad 2, and wanted to get either a new Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, or Tab S 10.5? Is the "S" worth the extra money, Best Buy has the Tab 4 on sale for $299, and the S 10.5 is $499 for 16gb or $549.99 for the 32gb. Im just curious is the S 10.5 worth it over the Tab 4??

I had an Apple Ipad 2 and went to the Tab S. I chose the Tab S for the display. The bad part, the quality is so good that non-HD is very grainy on the tablet so, now I have to get everything at least HD to enjoy it.

Got the Bronze Titanium 32GB Tab S 10.5 Today, also got a Zagg HD screen protector put on, they told me not to turn on my new Tablet for 48hrs, so the protector can dry good..
