Should I Get the Bionic? - Coming from a Droid Charge

I switched from the Charge to the Bionic as well, and I don't miss the Charge one bit.

Have you tried working with Samsung directly, it may be worth the effort to contact them about your "ongoing" issues. As the manufacturer they may have access to resources that Verizon Wireless doesn't have. Here is some contact information from the Samsung home page for mobile phone support.

There was a Xoom user that contacted Motorola directly about the lack of support and information concerning the 4G upgrade for the Xoom and Motorola sent him a free Bionic as compensation. He received it prior to the actual release date.

Thanks again Live,

At this point, I'm looking forward to a dual core processor. I just want to make sure I'm not going from one problem phone to another. It seems like the Bionic has a few bugs, but perhaps not as bad as the Charge. Given the planned November maintenance update, I suspect most of the Bionic's bugs are about to go away. At least I have my fingers crossed that this will be the case.
