Should I get the Maxx?

Ok all, Im eligible for an upgrade. Looking at the Moto Droid Maxx, M8, and waiting to see the G3. Whats the good, bad and ugly of the Maxx

You should watch YouTube videos and go to the store and play with the devices. Maybe one will jump out at you. I like the maxx because the great battery life and it has stock android. All three you named are good devices and dont see you going wrong with any of them. What device are you coming from and what are your needs with a cell phone?

Hey remember the new Maxx phones are only 16B now. I love it, I went from a BB to Galaxy Nexus ( rooted and custom rom) to this, I can get the entire weekend off 1 charge and that's a key since I go camping and still have not found any worth while portable battery system.
I agree with the above go and put the phones in your hand the maxx is a big phone and I even have a defender cover so its super huge now.

I just picked up Maxx a couple of weeks ago....my decision came down to a leap of faith in Googarola's phone...
Great battery
Tough build IMO
Some water resistance
Software and phone enhancements the Google way including near stock Android
Rather give fine details of my personal life to an American company
American owned/designed as of right now.
Plenty fast enough for everything I do.
Not often mentioned but a great strong motorola radio Moto's have always been tops for radio tech.

Glad I chose when I did. You might still get a 32'GB at a store if you call around. I found one.

I currently have a RAZR Maxx.. slow as molasses now. Don't root my phones and I like 3rd party launchers. Do like Moto so I'll have to see

I switched from a note 3 to the Droid Maxx. I was unsure if I was going to even like the Maxx, but the first few minutes I held it...I really enjoyed it. I love just how smooth the phone is...it runs fast and I haven't any forced closes. I would get at least one a day on my note 3 and note 2 prior to that one. Additionally, I like the camera way better on the Maxx than the note 3. I could never get that great of a picture without fooling with settings.

I have the Maxx for going on 3 weeks and really like it. I'm glad I went with the device. Oh, OK Google now is so awesome!!

I left a RAZR Maxx and I too experienced the slow down and awful lag but...it is totally worth it to FR and reinstall the apps. My old RAZR went right back to being a great phone after the FR. Just do it. That said my new Max is so surprisingly fast and intuitive it blows the old one away.
