Should I give up on waiting for the 32GB version?

Have an iPhone 5 right now and really wanting to switch to android. I was wanting to get the S5 because the size was just right for me but 16GB is way too small. Seems after this long the 32GB isn't happening. Does anyone have any clue if will ever be released?

Where did you get yours from? Does it work with AT&T LTE?

I just gave up. I'll wait for "the next big thing" that has at least 32GB internal memory.

There are several variants that have 32gb but I don't think they have the correct bands for AT&T LTE. That brings up another question, anyone know the difference between AT&T's HSPA+ network vs the LTE?
