should I reset my phone after update

hi all
as the above question asks should I reset my phone after lollipop update.

Why ?????????????

AND HOW???????? ( I presume just reset not the factory reset )

"Just reset" means turning the phone off, then on without actually turning the power off. It's also called a soft boot. (Turning the power of is a hard boot.) It doesn't do anything.

Factory reset removes everything you've put on the phone, so it's a last resort.

You should clear the system cache (in Settings in Storage).

These instructions for the X work for the G. Don't worry if the whole process takes almost 10 minutes. That's normal. Just make sure you've got enough battery.

Sorted. Using different servers. When using the same all is OK. Doh!!! But what speed do I trust
