should i throw my phone in the trash can ?

my phone lenovo launcher begin crashing after it previously being factory resest due to forgetting the password ,i still used it sometimes then a few months later it started showing com.android.phone not working , i tried to fix it by methods given on the internet but it didint get fixed , i cant go into recovery mode , it doesnt open
the keyboard only opens google voice which doesnt work

now my usb debugging is off , wifi is off , phone doesnt support sim , password locked and keyboard not working
when plugged into a pc its in charge only mode
what do i do ?
