Hey everyone. I just received an email from best buy that my pre-order of the SG3 was ready for pickup! I also just received my set of chargers that I ordered through newegg.

What I ordered included:
Fosmon Crystal Clear Case
Rapid Car Charger
Home Wall Charger
USB Data Charge Sync Cable
Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy S3 S III

Link to the item on newegg: Newegg.com - Fosmon Crystal Clear Case + Rapid Car Charger + Home Wall Charger + USB Data Charge Sync Cable + Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy S3 S III

After seeing in the news about someone's SG3 catching fire being possibly due to thier use of a cheap car charger, do you think it's a good idea for me to try these on my phone? Have you guys used any of these yet?

I had also heard that another cause might have been that the charger the person used didn't have the proper pin arrangement for the SG3.

I orderd the same package deal. I haven't used the chargers. I am still using the my universal car charger

What constitutes a cheap charger ? How much enough to spend ?

Hehe, good question. Seeing as a lot of "official" chargers could run $30 for just the usb cable and wall plug I figured $14 for a car charger, wall charger, and usb cord was pretty cheap.

I'm gonna do a little looking around and see what I find .... I will post results

if im going to buy a charger for SGS3, it'd be wireless charging kit when it lauches.

So I did a Google search and some light reading .... Turns out that ..... Everyone has there own opinion and that I am no better off then where I started .... I guess that a $ 15 charger should be better than a $ 5 charger ..... However I found Samsung oem chargers on amazon for $3.

I had to send my skyrocket in for repairs, due to non-charging issues.
Think it may have been related to non-oem chargers.
I wouldn't personally recommend it.

I'm using the BlackBerry Playbook charger (the one Kevin was talking about on a recent Android Central podcast) and it's great. Got it on Amazon for just over $15.

What ever you decide , do not leave the phone unattended when it is plugged in.
Just to be safe and sure.
